Research

My research interests are in labor, education, and development economics. I study the intersection of public policies with labor, education, gender, and health economics. I am particularly interested in policies’ impact on labor markets and inequality in the Middle East and North Africa, a region with a number of political and economic challenges that limit the potential for growth and human development.
